Should you require details of current Directors of a Listed Company, then we can supply this information in our Hong Kong Listed Company Directors report. The report contains the following information in respect of all current and former Directors:
(a) Director’s English name
(b) Director’s Chinese name
(c) Capacity
(d) Position
(e) Appointment Date
(f) Resignation Date
The information is compiled from a number of sources and checked against Hong Kong Stock Exchange records.
However, the available open-source records on these Directors does not include identifiers, such as Hong Kong ID card or passport number. However, experience has taught us that a Company Check on the Listed Company will usually pull up many of the Director’s identifiers and addresses. Historical checks may identify Directors no longer with the listed company.

PRICES & PAYMENT
Payment for all Fixed Price Services/ Products must be made in advance in full. These payments are made via PayPal. Work will not begin until we have received confirmation of payment. We accept bank transfers for orders over HKD2,500 (approx USD320). Please contact us.
FIXED PRICE SERVICE & TAT
All fixed price products in the Veriton Online Shop will be sent to you as a PDF to the email provided. The email address should not be shared to ensure confidentiality. We cannot be held responsible for third parties accessing your given email. The PDF will be sent within one working business day at the latest. In the rare exception of any delay—for example an external database that is unavailable due to maintenance—we will contact you immediately.
PRODUCT SCOPE
This service does not include additional research and analysis. However, although NOT part of this service, when preparing your PDF, if we note anything that appears unusual we will let you know. Should you decide to undertake additional research and investigations in respect of this entity, for example Investigative Due Diligence or a Background Check, we will discount accordingly.
